Policies are crafted by skilled underwriters with extensive experience writing coverage for beachfront condos, high-value properties and other unique exposures, and can provide coverage for condos owned or rented by individuals with significant personal property and/or liability exposures.
Coverage can be packaged with Excess Flood, Personal Umbrella Liability/Excess Personal Liability, and/or a Personal Articles Floater to provide vital additional coverage at a discounted rate.
